Training Philosophy

Each workout program is customized to your environment - whether that is at home with little to no equipment, at the gym or traveling on the road with unfamiliar equipment.

Most “custom” programs out there are either Ai generated or someone may have you fill out a bunch of questions on their assessment page and then design a program for you based on your answers to those questions…without ever meeting with you personally. I’m offering a personal experience- a custom, monthly program for you to follow - in just straight boxing technique, fitness, or a combination of the two - based on your skill level, capabilities, and environment.

This is for beginner, intermediate, and advanced boxers and/or fitness enthusiasts.

For fitness: My approach is unique- you may be doing exercises that you have never seen or done previously. It’s a functional approach designed to challenge your body, mind, and perhaps your paradigm. I’m stripping away all the noise that’s out there on social media, along with current “trends” and even some traditional methods to bring you back to the fundamentals of your biomechanics so you can learn to train like a human should train.

Traditional exercises can lead to injuries overtime, but with the functional approach I’m introducing, there will be a reduction in risk of injury and a more strategic mindset when it comes to working out.

For boxing: For beginner, intermediate, and advanced boxers - I provide week by week programs for you to follow to take you to the next level. Based on your skill level, I’m able to provide tips and technique critiques on footwork, head movement, defense & offense, hand positioning & fighting styles, sparring tips, partner drills, bag drills, striking philosophy, strength & conditioning for a fighter, and more. This offer is extended to those who train MMA & Kickboxing. Understand how vital sound boxing is for MMA and Kickboxing: applying boxing to your skillset and mixing it in with kicks, knee strikes, elbow strikes, and takedowns. Getting back to the fundamentals of boxing and where to apply it in your dedicated discipline (Kickboxing or MMA).
